Izenda Reports is a web application. Web applications should be guided using their own controls and not the browser controls. So please use the Reports icons, tabs, and links to operate our application.

Additionally a single instance of Izenda Reports should be run in a browser. For example do not have Izenda Reports running in separate windows or tabs of Internet Explorer. Since the application uses caching and the browser shares it's cache you could get the following behavior. By loading a report in one window and then loading a different report in another window may cause the first report to no longer be cached. So if you add a filter you may see the second report. The solution to this is to only have one web browser running Izenda Reports at a time.
