Filter Criteria Not Showing in Report Viewer
Filter criteria ( the filter value, operator, etc drop-downs) do not show if Izenda Reports is in the 'Show Simple Mode' and no filters have been added to the report in the report designer. By default, 'Show Simple Mode' does not allow the addition of new filters to the report in the report viewer. It only allows changing filters which have already been added in the report designer and which are marked as "parameters."
You can verify that on or off state of this mode by going to the settings.aspx page and go to the "Features" tab, towards the bottom there is a "Show Simple Mode Viewer" checkbox.
