Izenda Reports Web Server Performance Benchmarks and Requirements

Izenda leverages the relational databases for all calculations and data operations. Application performance is dependent almost completely on database performance. Izenda recommends having sufficient memory on the database server, tuning your database and adding indexes to any fields that are commonly joined or sorted. Additionally, NOLOCK is recommended for databases with high transactional load. For databases greater than 1 terabyte, client level partitioning may be advantageous. Performance gains can often be realized automatically by profiling the application and utilizing the index tuning wizard.
