Izenda provides both product support and professional services. Product support includes general information on the product, how to create reports, and how to find technical documentation. Product support is available via phone or email Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm EST not including US holidays. Specific questions regarding how to integrate Izenda into your application, developer training or code-related issues are scheduled on an appointment basis with the Professional Services team.
