President & CEO
An acclaimed leader and company builder, Bill brings 25 years of software and SaaS industry experience. He is the driving force and leads all aspects of our strategic direction and day-to-day operations ensuring the business delivers unprecedented value to its customers.
Previously Bill held executive leadership roles at ExactTarget and Clarus where, under his direction and strategic initiatives, both companies grew from early stage companies to more than $100M in revenue. He also held management and sales positions with Cedar Document Technologies, Dun and Bradstreet Software and MSA.
VP Development and Customer Success
Dawn is responsible for overseeing the entire customer experience including development, client integration, product adoption, technology enhancements and overall customer satisfaction by ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service possible. A results-oriented IT professional with 15 years of experience driving growth, deliverables and productivity for diverse organizations, Dawn also spearheads product management initiatives across the company.
Prior to joining us, Dawn was Director of Client Services with NCO, where she partnered with customers, sales, professional services and partners to deliver outstanding customer value. Previously, Dawn applied her management skills at Stratose, QBE FIRST, and Trauner, Cohen & Thomas LLP.
Vice President of Sales
David is responsible for worldwide sales execution and new customer acquisition, expanding the company’s reach within the Enterprise and SMB market segments. David brings 13 years of sales experience to his role, including six years in the business intelligence market.
David has been a key contributor to our revenue growth since joining in 2009 as an account executive. He consistently exceeded sales goals, resulting in his promotion to Enterprise Sales Executive in 2011 and to Vice President of Sales in 2016. David’s focus on driving client satisfaction and growth, combined with his ability to effectively develop and manage sales campaign execution, has resulted in a proven track record of success.
Courtney Freimuth serves as Controller and HR/Payroll Administrator. She brings over 12 years of financial experience to this role from various business sectors; manufacturing, mobile advertising and other SaaS organizations.
Prior to joining Izenda, Courtney worked for TechCXO providing leadership and strategic direction to high growth technology companies. Her previous roles were as a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, and Controller.
Vice President of Marketing
Lee is responsible for the marketing strategy and operational execution. Lee leads our global marketing initiatives, corporate communications, public relations and demand generation activities, cultivating opportunities in new and existing customer markets needing innovative business intelligence solutions. He is an entrepreneurial leader with extensive experience developing and implementing strategies which enable emerging and Fortune 500 businesses to grow profitability.
Prior to joining us, Lee served as Vice President of Insurance Practice and Marketing for CEDAR Document Technologies. Previously, Lee held various executive roles in e-commerce and product management with GMAC, Esurance and AIG.
