Applications for our 2017 – 2018 scholarship are now open!

The Izenda Embedded BI & Analytics Scholarship is a selective, $1,000 scholarship for outstanding undergraduate or graduate students currently enrolled in an accredited U.S. college or university. Founded in 2015, the scholarship awards one student a year pursuing a career in leveraging analytics to improve decision making and outcomes in the U.S. The scholarship was established with the intent of promoting students’ academic excellence and providing them the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Scholarship Criteria and Guidelines

ELIGIBILTY REQUIREMENTS

  • This scholarship is open to undergraduate or graduate student currently enrolled in an accredited U.S. college or university.
  • Applicants must be a US citizen, national, or permanent resident.
  • The work you submit should be entirely your own. Do not submit coursework you were assigned in a class you have taken.
  • To be eligible for the scholarship, all items must be submitted by March 31, 2018. Please note that your submission must be your own work and will become the property of Izenda, Inc.

 

APPLICATION PROCESS

  • Please complete each section of the application form— all fields are required.
  • To be eligible for consideration, please explain how data will be important in your expected future career. This should be 500 words or less.

SCHOLARSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The scholarship is open to all undergraduate or graduate students currently enrolled in an accredited U.S. college or university who are interested in pursuing a career that leverages analytics to improve decision making and outcomes in the United States. Applicant must be a student at an accredited school, or be accepted to begin school at an accredited school within 6 months of application. All funds will be dispersed to scholarship recipient within 30 days of being announced as the winner. The scholarship winner is determined solely by our selection committee. All decisions of the selection committee are final. Current or former Izenda employees, including any business vendors of Izenda, are not eligible for this scholarship.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

We will not sell, share, or distribute the personal information you submit with your scholarship application to any third parties. Any personal  information you submit will be used only for determining the scholarship recipient and deleted after the selection period.

NON-DISCRIMINATION STATEMENT

The winner of the the Izenda Embedded BI and Analytics Scholarship will be determined by a selection committee set up by Izenda. The said selection will in no way be influenced by gender, race, national origin, sexual preference or any criteria other than the meeting of the application requirements and the selection committee’s evaluation of the project included with the application.
