Adam and Teresa didn’t set out to get an investment property for the 2019 Super Bowl, but when they closed on their property one month and two weeks before Super Bowl weekend, they thought just maybe, it might be possible to get it renovated and rented out in time.
Sure enough, many 14 hour days later and some smart ideas got them across the finish line in the nick of time.
